ODIN 2026 introduces a dedicated benchmark for multimodality-to-text report generation, building on the ToothFairy and 3DTeethLand/Seg series. It brings together two clinically intertwined sub-challenges: ToothFairy4, on maxillofacial and surgical planning report generation from CBCT, and Bite2Text, on orthodontic report generation from IOS meshes and intraoral photographs. Both tasks are trained on multi-center data and scored on independent test sets, to measure how well systems turn 3D volumes, surface meshes and 2D images into structured clinical text across different sites.
